Mrs Josephine Osodo , the CEO of Phina Valuers Limited based in Mombasa, heads one of the best real estate agents and valuation companies in Kenya. She fell in love with homes property valuation business and after getting her land economics degree at the prestigious Nairobi University she patriotically enrolled in the Nyayo Youth Service (NYS) and taught there for a year. Then, she was recruited by Datoo Kithiki Real Estate Limited.
Her hard work, and immaculate customer relationship soft skills made her to be one of the most sort after real estate valuer in both Mombasa and Nairobi, Kenya. She has partnered together with thousands of doctors, lawyers, bank loan officers, and real estate brokers, to better serve the clients needs. Many people seek her advice when the National Construction Authority threatens to demolish their building after violating civil laws which they were unaware of. After 15 years of experience, she started her own company, Phina Valuers Valuation Company, which is located on the 6th floor at Furaha Plaza Building, on Nkrumah Road in Mombasa Kenya. Her 25+ years of service in the real estate business industry, allowed her to do valuations for mortgage banks, Sacco business firms, tourism companies, insurance agencies, hospitals, beach hotels, primary and secondary schools, universities and colleges, churches, mosques, and religious institutions, just to mention but a few.
